fly at our
field.
2) We follow the safety guidelines laid out by the AMA.
Junior Pilot Program
The RCACF Junior Pilot Program is designed to
teach junior pilots the art of R/C
modeling. This category of membership is very inexpensive,
the junior pilot
(under 18 and whose parents are not members of the RCACF),
pays only one
dollar for membership within the Remote Control Association
of Central Florida.
This is a full membership with all the rights and privileges
of an RCACF member.
It allows for full instruction and training in all aspects
of modeling. We have a
staff of instructors that are dedicated to success and your
junior pilot will
succeed in flying his own model solo at which point he
receives his wings and a
certificate of accomplishment in the hobby! The Academy of
Model Aeronautics
(AMA) also offers the junior pilot full insurance coverage
for only one dollar and
for $15.00 / year the junior also receives Model Aviation
magazine, the official
publication of the AMA. Try it out, your children will love
it!
